Nel corso della sua carriera lavorativa Rodolfo ha avuto modo di apprendere e sperimentare diverse mansioni, sempre in ambito metalmeccanico da tornitore a direttore di produzione, lavorando presso diverse ditte. La sua passione per il lavoro di meccanica di precisione lo ha portato a costruire nel suo laboratorio ad uso personale, una rettificatrice di dimensioni ridotte

si è concluso nel I° Istituto Comprensivo di Modena, il doppio ciclo di laboratori di robotica realizzati utilizzando i materiali e le procedure già messe a punto da Officina Emilia
